Three machine and equipment operators, three tool mechanics, two cutting machine operators, a warehouse clerk and an industrial clerk will be trained this year.
Thus the number of the trainees employed by the Heinrich Huhn Company reached 28 in eight specialisation fields. Also in this year we are particularly delighted to have met a young lady, who is enthusiastic about a technical profession.
Mr. Klaus-Jürgen Clemens and two other employees are in charge of training in a professionally equipped training centre. They are also supported by numerous colleagues from specialist departments. Along with the vocational training, the trainees are also prepared here for the theoretical examination on a regular basis.
Additional courses are provided through LEWA in Attendorn.
Along with good supervision, the trainees get the chance to take a closer look at the subsidiary Huhn PressTech in Slovakia. Year the trainees gained an opportunity to have an insight not only into technical processes but also the culture, country and people during 3-week stay there.
